• Processing customer orders from entry to follow-up
• Telephone support and advice for our customers
• Preparing quotations
• Processing supplier and sales orders
• Supporting complaint management
• Maintaining customer master data and orders in Ratio (industry software)
• Adjusting prices and conditions in Ratio (industry software)
• Supporting field assignments
• Willingness to work in shifts (08:00–19:00)

Would you like to work as a dispatcher / administrative staff member in charter transport for an established Berlin-based company? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
Your area of responsibility is varied and includes telephone customer support, preparing quotations, full order processing, and dispatching the vehicle fleet. You will work in a small team using common industry software and standard MS Office applications. We welcome an interest in our service portfolio, good English skills, and a strong willingness to familiarize yourself with the specifics of the sector. Previous experience in dispatching is an advantage.
You will be in close contact with customers, partner companies, and driving staff. Therefore, a confident manner, respectful communication, and professional conduct – also in busy periods – are particularly important. You can expect a position in a modern company with a motivated team that has established itself in the Berlin market and is now seeking reinforcement to meet future challenges. A structured induction into workflows and industry specifics is provided. You should be willing to organize your working hours flexibly within an early and predominantly late shift framework.
The weekly working time of 40 hours falls within the time window between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. In addition, you will share responsibility for telephone on-call duties in the evenings and at weekends, acting as a contact person for customers and employees to ensure smooth order
